The Food For Kids Backpack Program was lucky enough to be this years recipient to the Grab and Give Grant. Whole Foods Cheery Creek store customers have donated more than $58, 000 or approximately 8500 meals to our backpack program. We would not of been able to expand to more school or help out so many families without the amazing generosity of Whole Foods and their wonderful customers. Many Thanks! Weekly donations of bread from the Rocky Mountain Bakehouse allow us to provide fresh healthy bread in all of our backpacks! Donations of meals from the Whole Foods Colorado Blvd. store helped us get our program started and continue to provide wonderful meals for our backpacks, Thank You Whole Foods!!!

The EOP has become involved with the Food for Kids Backpack Program by helping us identify the schools in DPS that will benefit the most from our program. They are also generously giving us there time by helping us apply for many grants which are available through the school district. We are excited to continue to build this invaluable relationship with the people at the EOP. Thank you for all your help in making our program grow
